Here are some helpful tips for good oral hygiene:
- Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste that's approved by the American Dental Association.
- Clean between teeth daily with floss or an interdental cleaner.
- Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles are worn or frayed.
