These telehealth solutions give you access to licensed, board-certified doctors, physical therapists and mental health professionals via computer, smartphone or tablet without leaving the comfort of your home! They can help you with diagnoses and treatment plans for common illnesses or issues, such as:

  • Prescriptions
  • Flu, skin conditions and allergies.
  • Stress, anxiety and other emotional challenges.
  • Back, joint or muscle pain.

By using telehealth, you’ll save money because your telehealth visits are either free or less expensive than traditional office visits, as well as trips to urgent care or the emergency room.

Cost and details:

$10 copay for Members enrolled in Option A-E, Seminary Student option or Healthy Me Copay A-E options. For Members enrolled in Option HDHP* or Healthy Me HSA A-E:

  • $60 for medical services.
  • $75 to $288 for Psychology or Psychiatry services, depending on the type of provider and the length of the visit.

You’ll pay the above fees until you have met your deductible. Once the deductible is met, you’ll only owe 20%* of the fee until your out-of-pocket maximum is met. Once that is met, services are covered at 100%.

For medical, dermatological, mental health and substance abuse assistance:

  • $10 for members enrolled in Health Me Copay B-E or an HMO option.
  • $55 for members enrolled in Healthy Me HSA A-E until you have met your deductible. Once the deductible is met, you’ll pay 20% of the fee until your out-of-pocket maximum is met. Once that is met, services are covered at 100%.

Cigna Virtual Dental

Use when you’re unable to reach your regular dental care provider.

It’s available 24/7/365 for urgent dental issues (toothaches, infections, etc.).

Log in to mycigna.com and follow prompts to the dental virtual care portal and create an account on “The TeleDentists” website. If there are questions, you can chat on MyCigna.com or call 800-Cigna24.

There are no fees for members enrolled in a CHP dental option.

Cost and details:

There are no fees for members enrolled in a Whole Health or Whole Health 1000.

For Whole Health 2000 enrolled members, fees range from $25 to $505 based on region and length of visit. These fees will apply until you have met your deductible. Once the deductible is met, you’ll only owe 20% of the fee until your out-of-pocket maximum is met. Once that is met, services are covered at 100%.
