There’s a financial benefit to preventive care, too — you don't pay anything, no copays or deductibles. If you need additional health care because of something detected during a preventive care exam, your Concordia Plan Services benefits have got you covered.

Be sure to say at your preventive visit check-in: “This is my annual wellness visit. I’d like it billed as preventive only.”
