With this Challenge, there’s nothing to join. Just choose a preventive activity/screening to complete, upload proof by March 31 and the bonus points will be added once the submission window closes.

Preventive health screenings you may be due for/or recommended by your primary provider could include a mammogram, pap smear, colorectal cancer screening, eye or dental exam, and/or annual physical.

In addition to the points you earn for completing these and submitting proof within Vitality, when you complete your screening exam(s) within the Challenge dates (now–March 31) AND submit your proof by April 10, you’ll earn an additional 250 Bonus Vitality, once the Challenge concludes.
