Vitality 2026: New app, smarter pathways and more rewards
If you’re regular visitor to Vitality, it’s likely that you’ve seen emails, alerts, etc. informing you that your Vitality platform is getting a 2026 upgrade. Here’s some enhancements you can look forward to:
New improved app
- On Jan. 1, your Vitality Today app will re–route you to the new Power of Vitality app.

- No new registration is needed! Simply download the new app and log in with your current username and password.
- This new app will provide the SAME EXPERIENCE as the website.
Personalize pathways
- Learning and earning opportunities will be tailored to your needs and interests.
- A variety of assessments are available to inform these new opportunities.
New learning and point–earning opportunities
- Choose from thousands of topics and activities that support YOUR health and wellness interests and goals.
No more shared status
- Primary members and their covered spouses will earn metal status individually.
- Covered spouses can still earn a device subsidy or enroll in the Apple Watch Program, earn a gym membership rebate, spin for weekly Active Rewards, play Vitality Squares and schedule their individual biometric screening.
- Vitality Bucks redemption must still occur within the primary member’s account due to tax purposes.
Get ready!
- Save your current username and password to ensure a smooth transition to the new app.
- Set your communication preferences. If you are not receiving emails or notifications from Vitality, you may have your communication preferences turned off. Go to your Vitality account settings to update this.
Spend or save unused gift cards.
- Gift cards purchased using Vitality Bucks will not be available after Dec. 31. Unredeemed codes should be spent or saved under Profile > Order History at powerofvitality.com.
- Gift cards earned through Active Rewards and Vitality Squares will also not be available after Dec. 31. Unused codes should be spent or downloaded in the Vitality Today app under Rewards > View your gift cards.
Keep earning.
- Vitality Bucks balances will roll over into the new program, so workers can continue participating in activities and earning rewards.
- The Primary Employee AND covered spouse will receive a "Kickstart Bonus" (10% of final 2025 Points balance) Jan. 1, 2026.
