Challenge dates: April 21-May 31 (NOTE: Activities must be submitted/synced by June 4 to receive Bonus Points.)

Details: “Fitness” looks different for everyone, and we all know that Vitality offers a multitude of ways to support what’s important to us. Think you know ALL that Vitality has to offer to support your WHOLE wellness? Let’s find out.

How many point-earning activities can you complete during this Challenge (April 21-May 31)?

Options include:

  • Vitality Reviews: Mental Well-being Review, Physical Activity Review, Vitality Health Review, Vitality Check (if not already completed)
  • Financial wellness
  • Workouts and physical activity
  • Online education
  • Goals
  • Health management and prevention

Check out your Points Planner for all the available options.

How do I join the challenge?

  • Go to www.powerofvitality.com.
  • Click on the Challenges tab > Select “Wholistic Fitness.”
  • Click “Join this Challenge.”
  • Click "I Agree" on the “Data Sharing Consent.”

You're all set to get working on your WHOLE fitness – whatever that looks like for you! Your points will calculate in real-time, and the leaderboard will show your progress.
