Options include:
- Vitality Reviews: Mental Well-being Review, Physical Activity Review, Vitality Health Review, Vitality Check (if not already completed)
- Financial wellness
- Workouts and physical activity
- Online education
- Goals
- Health management and prevention

How do I join the challenge?
- Go to www.powerofvitality.com.
- Click on the Challenges tab > Select “Wholistic Fitness.”
- Click “Join this Challenge.”
- Click "I Agree" on the “Data Sharing Consent.”
You're all set to get working on your WHOLE fitness – whatever that looks like for you! Your points will calculate in real-time, and the leaderboard will show your progress.
