Desmond Kittelson

Desmond Kittelson joined the team in 2015. He has a unique role at Concordia Plan Services. As a Key Account Manager, instead of serving ministries in specific LCMS Districts, he assists large employers including Concordia universities and seminaries, the larger Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod entities, and some of the larger ministries across all districts.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!), Desmond has spent his entire career in retail and sales. Before coming to work for Concordia Plan Services, he worked 23 years in school photography managing territories in four states.

Desmond and his wife are blessed with two daughters. When he’s not helping ministries, you’ll find Desmond outdoors golfing, playing pickleball, hiking or biking.

The Kittelsons are members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Des Peres, Missouri, where Desmond is Past Chairman of the Board of Elders.
