Michelle Wadley is excited to service Concordia Plan Services as an Account Manager, assisting LCMS ministries in the Mid-South, Southern, Florida-Georgia Districts, Eastern, Southeastern and SELC Districts.
After serving as the Health and Wellness Manager for more than a year, she now uses her expertise to assist employers in making benefit decisions and navigating the changing healthcare landscape.
At her previous employer, Michelle served as a health insurance broker and manager, bringing years of experience with medical and employee benefits to the team. In her previous role she prepared and customized insurance proposals to fit the customer’s needs and expectations, as well as helping compare healthcare options. She believes open communication and partnership are very important.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with emphasis in Health Care Administration.
She and her husband, Mike, have two children, Nick and Lauren. They’re members of Zion Lutheran Church, Harvester located in St. Charles, Missouri. Their family loves to travel, but in a most unusual way - they’re avid hot air balloonists. When they’re on the ground, you can find them on the hiking trail.

Erica Villmer

Erica Villmer has been with the team for more than 15 years.
Erica began her career with Concordia Plan Services as an Enrollment Eligibility representative before transitioning to Employer Guidance/Compliance Representative where she helped ministries with compliance and administration. She has served on the Ministry Engagement Team as an Account Representative, an Account Manager and now as a Senior Account Representative, where she can focus on her passion for serving small ministries.
In her spare time, Erica and her husband, Dan, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children. You’ll often find her walking her two pups or rolling up her sleeves to refinish furniture.
