Micaela Montalvo
Serving New Jersey, Atlantic and New England Districts.
Micaela Montalvo joined the team in 2006. As an Account Manager, she assists LCMS ministries in New Jersey, Atlantic and New England Districts.
Micaela is a proud graduate of Soldan International Studies High School. Before joining Concordia Plan Services, she built a strong foundation in customer service through various roles. Her journey with began on the Customer Care team, where she served faithfully for nine years before transitioning to the Ministry Engagement Team. Today, she leads as an Account Manager and Team Lead, continuing her commitment to serving ministries with excellence.
Micaela and her husband have lovingly raised their niece and nephew alongside their three children, who inspire her daily. She often shares joyful stories about her "practice" grandchildren—her niece and nephew’s children—who hold a special place in her heart.
Outside of work, Micaela enjoys soccer, traveling, bird watching, crafting, and gardening. Her home is filled with love from her three dogs, who bring joy and energy to her everyday life.
Micaela's favorite Bible verse is: "Never worry about anything. But in every situation let God know what you need in prayers and requests while giving thanks." Philippians 4:6

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plan Services.
Miriam joined the team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
