Sean Kowal has worked at Concordia Plans for more than five years as an Account Manager assisting LCMS ministries in the Rocky Mountain, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Kansas Districts. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Mass Communications from Northern Illinois University and brings many years of experience to CPS in the areas of community relations, management and business solutions.
 
Family is important to Sean. He and his wife have been blessed with two daughters and he loves spending time with his family. A true outdoor enthusiast, Sean enjoys hiking and swimming – and cooking.
 

Sean's favorite Bible verse is: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Erica Villmer

Erica Villmer has been with Concordia Plans for more than 15 years.
 
Erica began her career with CPS as an Enrollment Eligibility representative before transitioning to Employer Guidance/Compliance Representative where she helped ministries with compliance and administration. She has served on the Ministry Engagement Team as an Account Representative, an Account Manager and now as a Senior Account Representative, where she can focus on her passion for serving small ministries.
 
In her spare time, Erica and her husband, Dan, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children. You’ll often find her walking her two pups or rolling up her sleeves to refinish furniture.
