Erica Villmer
Serving LCMS ministries in the Iowa East, Iowa West and Missouri Districts.
Erica Villmer has been with Concordia Plans for more than 15 years.
Erica began her career with CPS as an Enrollment Eligibility representative before transitioning to Employer Guidance/Compliance Representative where she helped ministries with compliance and administration. She has served on the Ministry Engagement Team as an Account Representative, an Account Manager and now as a Senior Account Representative, where she can focus on her passion for serving small ministries.
In her spare time, Erica and her husband, Dan, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children. You’ll often find her walking her two pups or rolling up her sleeves to refinish furniture.
Erica's favorite Bible verse is: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” - Jeremiah 29:11

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
