Moses Bratrud

Moses Bratrud is an Account Manager with Concordia Plan Services, serving ministries in the Minnesota North and South, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin North districts. Moses joined the Ministry Engagement Team in 2025, bringing with him his experience as a Director of Strategy at a Christian ministry and an account manager at a technology firm. 

He earned a Master’s Degree in History from the University of Edinburgh (UK), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Culture from New Saint Andrews College.

The Bratrud family attends University Lutheran Chapel (LCMS) in Minneapolis, where Moses serves as an elder. Moses enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. When he isn’t working, you’ll find him off sailing, biking or reading a good book. 

Moses’s favorite Bible verse is: “For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth. And after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me.”  Job 19:25-27 NKJV

Serving LCMS ministries with four or fewer full-time workers.

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plan Services.
 
Miriam joined the team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
 
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
