Kim Hoover
Serving Pacific Southwest, California–Nevada–Hawaii and Northwest Districts.
Kim Hoover joined the team in June 2015. As an Account Manager, she assists LCMS ministries in the Pacific Southwest, California–Nevada–Hawaii and Northwest Districts. She also served as a New Business Development Consultant. Kim graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University.
Before joining Concordia Plan Services, Kim had a diverse career including working as a director of benefits for large manufacturing employers, an account executive with a benefits consulting firm, and a client relationship manager with a national insurance carrier.
Kim and her husband, Phil, have two children and are blessed with four grandchildren. She enjoys reading, and walking or hiking in the great outdoors.

Erica Villmer
Serving LCMS ministries with four or fewer full-time workers.
Erica Villmer has been with the team for more than 15 years.
Erica began her career with Concordia Plan Services as an Enrollment Eligibility representative before transitioning to Employer Guidance/Compliance Representative where she helped ministries with compliance and administration. She has served on the Ministry Engagement Team as an Account Representative, an Account Manager and now as a Senior Account Representative, where she can focus on her passion for serving small ministries.
In her spare time, Erica and her husband, Dan, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children. You’ll often find her walking her two pups or rolling up her sleeves to refinish furniture.
