Meg Lee joined Concordia Plan Services in 2023 as a Retirement Services Representative before transitioning to her current role as a Financial Educator.

She brings more than a decade of experience in financial services, developing specialized knowledge in retirement planning strategies, comprehensive and preventive benefits support, health benefits management and office administration. Her work included assisting individuals in navigating complex financial and benefit programs, supporting organizations with the coordination of employee benefits and ensuring clear, accurate communication to enhance member understanding.

Outside of her professional role, Meg finds joy in life’s simple and meaningful moments traveling to new places, immersing herself in a good book, listening or playing music and spending quality time with her husband and three children. These experiences not only bring her joy but also inspire her work.
