Financial Education Team

Leslie Rudzinski joined Concordia Plans in 2021, serving as a Retirement Services Representative and Pension Payment Analyst before transitioning to her current role as a Financial Educator.

She brings to CPS a diverse work experience, from being an entrepreneur to working at A.G. Edwards and at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in St. Louis, Missouri. Her background at the church gives her insights into the call process and the complexities of being a rostered worker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s in Family Life Ministry. In addition, Leslie is a Certified Financial Educator^®.

Leslie's husband, Kevin, is a Lutheran school teacher and together they have four children. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking with her family, hiking, scrapbooking and playing board games.
