Wellness Champions play a crucial role in engaging our community to lead healthier lifestyles so that we can better serve. Each month, Wellness Champions are given a goal and resources to achieve that goal with their co-workers.

Q2 2024 Synod-Wide Challenge: Spring into Fitness

Registration: April 8-May 20
Challenge Dates: April 15-May 20

Activities must be submitted/synced by May 27 to receive Bonus Points.

How it works:

Members will be awarded on an individual basis for completing 3 of the 6 available Fitness activities throughout the challenge period (April 15-May 20). In addition to the points already associated with each activity, at the end of the challenge period, all members who complete at least 3 of the listed activities and submit any required proof by the (May 27) deadline, will also receive an additional 150 Bonus Points.

 

Options include:

  1. 12 light, standard or advanced workouts (see examples of each workout level below).
  2. 1 nutrition course.
  3. Mental Well-being Reviews (all 3 sections).
  4. Physical Activity Review.
  5. Meet with Financial Educator.
  6. Watch a financial video from CPS.

How do I join the challenge? 

  • Go to powerofvitality.com.
  • Click on the Challenges tab > Select “Spring Into Fitness.”
  • Click “Join this Challenge.”
  • Click "I Agree" on the Data Sharing Consent.
  • You're all set to get working on your fitness -whatever that looks like for you!
