Intentional Interim Pastors
Intentional Interim Pastors (IIPs) play a unique role in our church. When there is a congregation in need of someone to help them through a time of change and challenge, these pastors are there answering His call.
However, just as these pastors play a special role, they have special needs when it comes to benefits, especially during times of transition. Concordia Plans recognizes these needs and has created a benefit package specifically for IIPs (e.g., age, health coverage, retirement status).

Eligibility and Enrollment in the Plans
IIPs must be on the official, authorized list of Intentional Interim Pastors (IIPs) to qualify for the unique IIP benefits offered by Concordia Plans. The Interim Ministry Conference (IMC) will determine eligibility. Please visit https://interimministrylcms.org/insurance.php for more information.
