‘H2O for Your Soul’ Challenge
Summer can be HOT! Focusing on proper hydration is necessary to stay healthy, and it can earn you Vitality Points. Hydration can help:
- Limit migraine triggers and lessen severity and/or length of headaches.
- Support mental focus, cognition, sleep quality and mood.
- Provide good energy levels and physical performance.
- Aid in proper digestion and nutrient absorption.
- Contribute positively to overall health and well-being.
Join the “H2O for Your Soul” Challenge by drinking at least 64 ounces of water each day. (That’s nearly one ounce for every book in the Bible!)
Challenge dates: July 27-Aug. 26
Here's how it works:
- Use this tracker. (It’s also available in your Vitality Points Planner under the "Wellness Challenge" tile.)
- Starting July 27 through Aug. 26, track each day you drink at least 64 ounces of water.
- Submit your document as proof no later than Sept. 1.
Once you've reached your water intake goal for at least 20 days, submit your tracker to Vitality via the "H2O for Your Soul" tile within the "Wellness Challenges" category through your Points Planner (only one submission accepted).
In addition to the plethora of positive effects from proper hydration (hint: be watching for the August Wellness Champ email), you’ll earn 100 Bonus Vitality Points!
