Your pension
Your Concordia Retirement Plan pension benefits provide you with a source of steady income throughout your retirement – a paycheck for life! “Retirement Connection” is an online tool that allows you to see your payment history, review benefit elections and update banking information and withholdings. Learn more by reviewing the Retirement Connection Retiree Guide. The first time you access Retirement Connection you will need to create an account.
Why keep your money in the 403(b)?
There are many advantages to keeping your money in the Concordia Retirement Savings Plan 403(b) through your retirement years. You don’t have to begin taking money from your account as soon as you retire, nor do you have to rollover your funds into an IRA or other account.
Social Security
It can be difficult to decide when to start your Social Security benefit, especially since you can start payments for different retirement income sources at different times. For general information on Social Security benefits, watch our recorded webinar.

Update address
Has your address changed since you've retired? Contact Concordia Plan Services to update your info.
Tax reporting
The pension benefits you receive from the Concordia Retirement Plan are taxable. While everyone’s taxable situation is unique, we’re abe to provide some general information about the taxation of retirement benefits.
