Resources for ministries who are transitioning from Concordia Plan Services managed payroll services to Paycor Managed Payroll Services.
A New Payroll Service Delivery Model
Concordia Plan Services (CPS) has partnered with Paycor to provide managed payroll services for MyAdminPartner™ (MAP) ministries moving forward. This transition allows CPS to continue supporting ministries through a scalable payroll model while maintaining benefits administration support and a high level of ministry care.
Transition Timeline
July 2026:
- Transition announcement.
August 2026:
- You will be notified of your ministry’s payroll transition timing and specific next steps.
- Paycor onboarding meetings will begin.
September - October 2026:
- Your payroll will transition from CPS to Paycor Managed Payroll Services.
November 2026 - March 31, 2027:
- Your ministry’s payroll is managed directly by Paycor.
- CPS will provide Paycor Managed Payroll Services at no cost to your ministry through March 31, 2027.
After March 31, 2027:
- You may choose to continue using Paycor Managed Payroll Services directly.
- CPS will continue to support benefits administration and related services.

Payroll Experience Overview
Payroll Processing
Instead of submitting payroll information to the MAP team, ministries will work directly with a dedicated Paycor Payroll Specialist. Paycor will prepare payrolls, provide payroll reporting, and manage payroll support activities.
Payroll Questions
Payroll-related questions will be directed to your Paycor payroll team. CPS will continue to support transition questions and CPS benefits-related activities.
New Hire Processing
Paycor will manage payroll onboarding workflows, while CPS will continue supporting benefit enrollment activities for eligible workers during the transition period.
