Contact your account manager and they’ll help you complete the adoption paperwork and provide you with administrative information and guidance. You make a few key decisions and enroll your workers. Thanks to your proactive approach your workers receive all the benefits of saving in the 403(b) without even completing a form. They still have the flexibility to opt out or change their saving rates at any time.

You won’t be forcing your workers into saving, because they can opt out of AutoSave at any time – but they almost never do. In fact, according to the Principal Financial Group, 90% of participants stay in the plan once they're automatically enrolled.^**
