The Concordia Retirement Savings Plan 403(b) will have two fund changes on Sept. 30. The Vanguard Extended Market Index and Vanguard Total International Index funds will move from Institutional share classes to Institutional Plus share classes. These changes are expected to save 403(b) members more than $17,000 in fees in the first year alone. Visit Fidelity’s NetBenefits site to view your 403(b) account.
