Beth Rusert joined Concordia Plans in August 2017 and serves as Vice President, Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer. She leads marketing, ministry engagement and member wellness education.
Beth has deep experience consulting and leading teams in the areas of marketing, sales integration, communications, government affairs and philanthropy for public-and privately-held companies, as well as nonprofit organizations. She previously worked
with organizations in diverse industries including chemical manufacturing, marketing services, education, hospitals and technology. Most recently she was a partner at consulting firm Standing Partnership where she worked with CEOs and other senior
executives to develop strategic marketing programs supporting organizational growth.
Beth has a master’s degree in marketing from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Valparaiso University. She is a life-long member of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, and comes from a family of church workers
– including pastors, teachers and music directors.
