Account Manager

This position will manage the following LCMS districts - North Wisconsin, Indiana. Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retention.

Assistant Vice President, Investment Research

Works directly with the CIO, investment consultant, and Investment Committee (IC) of the Concordia Plans Board of Trustees in administering the investment management programs of the Concordia Plans including, but not limited to, investment strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Assistant Vice President, Risk Management and Insurance

Oversees the day-to-day functions of CPS’s Risk Management Services unit. Sets and oversees execution of the strategy for the two current Commercial Insurance consortiums managed by the Risk Management Services unit — the Concordia University System consortium, and the LCMS Corporate Entities consortium.

Data Analyst

Work with business owners and enterprise business architecture team to develop proper analytics and implement through the use of business intelligence tools. Recommend improvements in data structures with an emphasis on consistency, high performance, and reduced duplication.

Director, Employee Engagement

Oversees all the Human Resources and Organizational Development functions for CPS ensuring all programs, processes and policies are completed and aligned with the CPS’ overall HR/OD strategy, and comply with local, state and federal regulations. Through change management, ensure CPS employees are aligned with the organization’s strategy, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement in the process.

Employee Benefits Legal Manager

This position manages and performs legal and compliance work, including employee benefit plan documentation and legal research and reviews, particularly related to health and welfare plans.
