Employee Benefits Legal Manager

This position manages and performs legal and compliance work, including employee benefit plan documentation and legal research and reviews, particularly related to health and welfare plans.

Human Resources Business Partner

Oversees all the Human Resources and Organizational Development functions for CPS ensuring all programs, processes and policies are completed and aligned with the CPS’ overall HR/OD strategy, and comply with local, state and federal regulations. Through change management, ensure CPS employees are aligned with the organization’s strategy, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement in the process.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Specialist reviews and analysis data to discover inconsistencies and other anomalies in data, as well as performing data cleansing activities to improve data quality.

Health and Wellness Educator

Through presentations, conferences and interpersonal contacts, instructs and encourages LCMS church workers about the importance of body, mind, and spiritual stewardship.

Customer Care Representative

Serves as front line representative and interacts with members and employers on the phone and via email; responds to inquiries about benefit programs and services offered, channeling them to the appropriate resource.

Account Manager

Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retention. This may require participation in conference calls, attendance at meetings or, travel outside of normal business hours.
