Chief Operating Officer

The COO is accountable for the overall performance of the CPS product and service portfolio – financially and operationally. As a key strategic partner to the CEO, the COO is responsible for the design and delivery of solutions that meet the needs of CPS stakeholders.

Retirement Representative

Responds to specific retirement benefit inquires and assists members in use of online tools.

Billing Services Specialist

Serves as an in-house point of contact for at-risk employers who may need CPS support during a time of financial distress. Uses a ‘case management’ approach, this person provides ongoing solutions and issue resolution to facilitate payment and ensure mutually agreeable outcomes.

Employer Support Representative

Executes processes and transactions to facilitate plan participation, excellent employer support and implementation of department and company initiatives.

Health Services Representative

Serves as escalation point (tier 2) contact providing a positive, knowledgeable customer experience for church workers and employers.
