Account Manager

This position will manage the following LCMS districts - North Wisconsin, Indiana. Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retention.

Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will be accountable for the financial and risk management operations of Concordia Plan Services (CPS). The CFO will successfully balance resources and risk while delivering results to CPS’s customers and Board of Directors.

Director, Employee Engagement

Oversees all the Human Resources and Organizational Development functions for CPS ensuring all programs, processes and policies are completed and aligned with the CPS’ overall HR/OD strategy, and comply with local, state and federal regulations. Through change management, ensure CPS employees are aligned with the organization’s strategy, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement in the process.

Director, Health & Welfare

This position will assist with the development and visions of the overall product strategy, and is responsible for the development and implementation of health ancillary benefit plans and services. This person also will provide subject matter expertise through the implementation process with vendors.
