Intentional Interim Pastors (IIPs) play a unique role in our church. When there is a congregation in need of someone to help them through a time of change and challenge, these pastors are there answering His call.
However, just as these pastors play a special role, they have special needs when it comes to worker benefits, especially during times of transition. Concordia Plan Services recognizes these needs and has created a benefit package specifically for IIPs that recognizes distinct needs for various IIP scenarios (e.g., age, health coverage, retirement status).
