Our workers are quite happy with the plan we have - and as long as they're happy, I'm happy!

In a world where most employers do not offer a pension plan, our ministry workers have the protection of a plan that will provide for them when they are old. The CRP is a tremendous benefit that helps our workers have a protected and secure life in old age.

During our financial struggles they worked with us to allow us to continue to keep the Concordia Health Plan for our employees.  They are responsive to the needs of ministry and understand the struggles of running a ministry.

I like the options for current employees. As a retired Medicare family, I appreciate having the coordination for Medicare supplement taken care of. 

We have recently gone back to Concordia Plans for our health insurance and they have made the switch seamless for our employees.

It is great to have a pension when very few organizations still offer one.

This has been an extremely important benefit to me and my family. It gives us options to truly plan for our retirement years. 

I am just thankful that we have a pension. Many companies and ministries have or are already phasing these out. 

The Christian nature of the organization assures that our most cherished Christian beliefs are honored at Concordia Plans. Our workers are worth it.  The treasure of the Gospel stored in our jars of clay demands that we do our best to take care of those jars.

I am not retired yet, but I find navigating the Retirement Plan online and looking at different scenarios of when to retire very helpful.  

Over the years Concordia Plans has always been a blessing to me and my congregation.

It's easy to contribute towards one's retirement and they encourage congregations to see the retirement savings plan as a way to support their pastors and teachers.

This is an additional way for employees to save money and with our matching program, it's a great way to encourage younger employees to start saving for retirement.

I think the Concordia Retirement Plan is doing a good job of helping me to be ready for the future.

I have been very pleased with the plans that have been available and feel like Concordia Plans is looking out for me as a church worker and providing for me now and in the future. 

It's nice to have all our benefits in one place. It makes it easy for a non-professional, volunteer HR person at a church to administer. 

I am thankful for the CRP. It is a benefit and blessing that helps provide me with a strong and healthy retirement. The CRP honors our church and school workers. It's one more way that God says 'thank you' to me for my service in His name.
