Welcome to the 2022 Employer Benefits Election season! We’ve got lots of information to share with you, so we’ve created this webpage where you can find and access what you need to help make your 2022 benefit decisions.

Before you choose your benefits, we encourage you first to learn about the choices available to your ministry. We’re providing overviews of all the 2022 CHP options, as well as the dental and vision benefits, so you can see all the details.

By familiarizing yourself with the 2022 Concordia Health Plan, you’ll be prepared to know what you want to offer your workers in 2022 when elections open Aug. 2. At that time, you’ll log in to your employer portal at ConcordiaPlans.org/myaccount and click on the Employer Election Tool to choose your benefits. You can find the Employer Election Tool under Quick Links.

NEW: You can elect Voluntary Benefits through the Employer Election Tool!

Critical Illness and Accidental Injury Insurance create a "safety net" for your workers and their families. If your ministry is not currently enrolled in Critical Illness and Accidental Injury Insurance you now have the option to elect these voluntary benefits in the Employer Election Tool. Learn more about Critical Illness and Accidental Injury.


New personal spending account vendor for 2022

As you prepare for the Employer Benefits Election, you may have noticed a new vendor name for personal spending accounts. Our current vendor, Further, has been acquired by HealthEquity who will be our new PSA vendor effective Jan. 1, 2022. HealthEquity is a PSA administrator offering reduced fees, enhanced reporting, streamlined enrollment for members and excellent customer service.
