Get to Gold: Take charge of your health
It’s not too late to get to Gold status, and we’ve updated our 90-day guide to help you get there. There are several activities that will keep you moving towards Gold status, but you’ll also notice a theme of prevention and focus towards completing annual health screenings. Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early when chances for treatment and cure are better. By getting the right health services, screenings and treatments, you are taking steps that help your chances for living a longer, healthier life.
