On Oct. 15, direct your workers to the NEW! personalized portal at ConcordiaPlans.org to enroll in 2019 benefits. The new portal is simple to use and has enhanced security. (And no more 11-digit ID!)
Your workers will be receiving a mailing the week of Oct. 8 about the portal, benefits and enrollment. But to be able to communicate via email with your workers, we need your help rounding up worker email addresses. It would be great if you could help us out by Sept. 21 so your workers can be added to our list!
Also, be watching for your annual Employer Open Enrollment packet to arrive the week of Oct. 1 (a bit later than in past years).
