The CRP offers two benefit options: Traditional Option and Account Option.
- The CRP Traditional Option benefits are based on final monthly compensation, creditable service and integration level. It is designed for workers who spend a majority of their career with LCMS employers.
- The Account Option benefits are based on a retirement cash account that grows with the addition of compensation and interest credits. This option is designed for workers who are going to spend a portion of their careers with LCMS employers.
