These internships include financial, technical, and communications positions and include benefits, pay, and housing. Assistant Vice President, Growth

The AVP, Growth will provide leadership, direction and functional expertise to ensure growth results for the sales and business development teams. They will strategically develop and direct complex and robust customer relationship management programs/plans which ensure that the member’s overall product and service needs are satisfied and achieve the business objectives and growth goals.

Assistant Vice President, Marketing

The AVP, Marketing role is both a thought and active leadership role – lift up your head and see the optimum path forward and roll-up-your-sleeves and get the work done. The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategy to strengthen the CPS brand, support the delivery of an optimal CPS experience, and achieve marketing targets.

Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative is an important first-line of contact with our members and employers, setting the tone for an excellent customer experience. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The right candidate will promote and contribute to a positive team environment, continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience and aligns with the mission of the company.

Director, Creative Services

The Creative Services Director creates overarching vision and execution of content strategy across all channels. You are a creative force who can work across many teams and understand the nuances of daily project management.

Director, Market Research

The Market Research Director is responsible for CPS research at strategic, operational excellence and customer experience levels. Provides primary support to the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer and the Executive Team. Serves as an expert on contemporary industry research practices to improve CPS customer engagement and experience. Influences R&D investments in support of future pilots driven by technology development, customer and member adoption and competitive forces.

Disability Services Representative

The Disability Services Representative serves as the front line representative to administer disability benefits, including assisting members through the disability process and life events while on disability. The DSR manages a claims case load, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The right candidate has the ability to relate well with professional church workers, maintaining appropriate balance between compassion, encouragement, and accommodation in all interactions.
