Analyst 1, Business Analytics/Actuarial Services

This individual will provide support and collaborate with internal staff and external partners, working with a wide variety of data to produce both regular and ad hoc reports used in the management of the CPS Plans. We are seeking an analytical individual with an aptitude for problem solving and a high level of attention to detail.

Director, Brand Engagement and Communications

Develops and oversees communications strategies to support company’s vision, mission, priorities and cultural attributes. Consults with cross-functional team members and serves as an ambassador, communicating with diverse stakeholders, external employers and CPS employee audiences. Requires sound judgment, strong ability to be proactive and responsive to different situations. Deals with highly complex situations with significant organization-wide impact. Must communicate about highly nuanced issues with different staff and management levels.

Director, Ministry Solutions

Our 2020 vision is to transform CPS from being solely a benefits provider to the most widely recognized source of employer and worker-related solutions for LCMS ministries. The Director, Ministry Solutions will play an integral part in this transformation by recommending products and services that meet the needs and challenges of our ministries. The role is responsible for the research and design of unique solutions, and the management of vendor relations.
