With five years of creditable service in the CRP (Concordia Retirement Plan), workers may retire as early as age 55 with a reduced benefit. CRP Normal Retirement Age generally aligns with Social Security normal retirement age (the age at which you qualify for unreduced Social Security retirement benefits).
To initiate retirement, active workers can use Retirement Connection, available by signing in to myCPS.org, or contact our office. We recommend that you begin the retirement process 90 days prior to your anticipated retirement date.
