Employer Consulting & Assistance

Our benefit professionals help LCMS ministries make sound decisions regarding their employee benefits. Employer assistance includes providing benefit overviews, information on funding strategies, and other consultation services specific to your ministry.

Employer Resources Consultants and Employer Resources Specialists work with defined regions so that each ministry will have someone specific that they can contact for benefit assistance.

If your organization has 15 or more workers enrolled in the Concordia Retirement Plan, please contact the Employer Resources Consultant serving your area. All other organizations should contact the designated Employer Resources Specialist. All colleges and universities, along with CPH, LHM, and Seminaries, should contact Melodie Powers at 888-927-7526, ext. 6735.
