Now, more than ever, healthcare dollars need to go further. With a Personal Spending Account (PSA) with Kaiser Permanente, you’ll pay less in taxes and increase your take-home pay. So enroll in a PSA and keep more of the money you’ve earned. That’s real savings, real simple.

Kaiser Permanente offers personal spending accounts that are designed to work with the Concordia Health Plan Whole Health options. You can choose from three kinds of personal spending accounts, which Kaiser Permanente refers to as Health Payment Accounts - health reimbursement arrangement, health savings account, and flexible spending account.

Debit Cards & Automatic Substantiation

Workers enrolled in Whole Health options can access their PSA funds through online reimbursement or distribution requests, or by using their Kaiser Permanente Health Payment Card (only available with HSAs and FSAs). Most services are automatically substantiated at the point of service when the debit card is used.
