Open Enrollment in CHP
The Concordia
Health Plan (CHP) offers Annual Open Enrollment to workers
and their eligible dependents who are not currently enrolled.
The open enrollment period is only for active, full-time workers
employed by a CHP-participating employer, and eligible dependents
of those workers. Enrollment in the CHP for the worker and/or
eligible dependents will be subject to a pre-existing condition
limitation period.
The application period for CHP Annual Open Enrollment for
coverage effective 1/1/07 is now closed. Information regarding
Open Enrollment effective 1/1/08 will be sent to all LCMS
participating employers in special mailings in the fall of
2007.
