Annual Election in CHP Choice

At the end of each calendar year employers participating in the CHP can elect a different plan coverage option for the new year.

Employers can choose from all of the options currently available – there are no restrictions for “opting up” and choosing an option with a lesser or no deductible for their workers

The plan coverage option annually elected by the employer will apply to all the employer’s workers (and their enrolled dependents) for the entire calendar year.
