We
Studied, We Asked, We Listened, We Responded |

Before
making changes to the Concordia Plans, we conducted a thorough
review and feedback process that included:
- Putting
together a task force of LCMS leaders, employers, and workers
to assess all potential changes.
- Conducting
interviews and focus groups to learn about the needs of
LCMS employers, workers, and retirees.
- Identifying
the needs that are not being met through the current benefits
programs and finding ways to address those needs through
our benefits package.
- Looking
at the plans of other churches and organizations to evaluate
what we offer and ensure that we provide competitive and
affordable benefits to our Church workers.
