How to Join The Church's Plan?

To participate in The Church’s Plan, LCMS employers must do the following:

• meet minimum participation requirements in the Concordia Health Plan.
• complete a Joinder Agreement to join The Church’s Plan or stay in one of the alternative benefit packages.

Joinder Agreements received by Concordia Plan Services during 2006 will be effective the first day of the month following receipt.

Employers must join The Church's Plan by January 1, 2007, in order to have their workers receive the past service credits for the Retiree Medical Supplement benefit.
