With the weather getting warmer, it’s the perfect season to get out and get moving! Savor the spring temperatures and vibrant colors with this month’s challenge – biking 500 miles. Spring also brings rain, so head inside and use a stationary bike when storms are in the forecast. Up for the challenge? So get up and get riding. Not a biker? No problem. Any exercise will do! Aim for 500 minutes of your favorite activity, or be adventurous and try something new.
