Signing up for the Concordia Retirement Savings Plan automatically puts you in touch with the ProManage advisor program. That way, you don’t have to worry about which funds to invest from the 12 options available; or worry about how much to invest in each of the chosen funds; or check on your funds periodically and make necessary adjustments. ProManage will make the appropriate selection of funds and choose appropriate allocations based on information you provide. ProManage will also view your funds each quarter and reallocate funds as needed to maintain diversification consistent with your risk tolerance.

If you already have a financial planner in place for assistance with your other assets, you can opt out of the ProManage advisor program so that you can use the expertise of your own financial planner. During the online application process, you will be asked if you would like to opt out of the ProManage advisor program.
