The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help members and their dependents cope with stress, depression, marital difficulties, and a variety of other work, family, and life issues. The EAP includes:
- Up to 6 free face-to-face sessions
- Immediate assistance for critical emotional needs
- Information and referral for child care, elder care, adoption, and more
- Guidance for finding local resources
- Telephonic consultation

For an additional cost, employer benefits representatives can offer wellness seminars and/or management trainings for their employees.
